Responsible Digital for Youth (RDY) is an official affiliate session of Digital@UNGA 2026, the programme convened by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) during United Nations General Assembly High-Level Week.
Organized by the Global ESG Leadership Organization (ESGIN), the session is listed in ITU’s official affiliate-session programme, on page 5, under the title Responsible Digital for Youth (RDY): A Multistakeholder Action Framework for Youth Digital Well-Being, Safety and Agency.

The discussion will bring young people and professionals together around digital safety, wellbeing, and agency: the ability to make informed choices and help shape the digital environments in which they live, learn, and work.
