PM4TheWorld is committed to responsible financial stewardship. If, at the end of a fiscal year, unrestricted funds exceed operational requirements, the organization intends—subject to Board approval and financial prudence—to:
• Allocate approximately fifty percent (50%) of such surplus to an organizational reserve to strengthen long-term sustainability; and
• Allocate approximately fifty percent (50%) to support a scholarship initiative in partnership with a qualified nonprofit organization aligned with our mission.
This allocation reflects our current governance intention and may be adjusted by the Board of Directors as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and fiduciary duties.
